Dean’s passion for helping people was inspired by his father, Richard Camp, who founded what is now the Camp Wilcox Gennusa Group of Wells Fargo Advisors. Dean has been a trusted financial advisor for more than 43 years, serving families, individuals, and institutions who have worked hard to create wealth and empowering them to preserve it for today and for future generations.

Since 2000, Dean has been recognized as a Platinum Council Advisor. The Platinum Council (previously known as Premier Advisor) distinction is held by a select group of Financial Advisors within Wells Fargo Advisors as measured by completion of educational components, business production based on the past year, and professionalism. Additional criteria, best practices and team structure, may also be used to determine recipients.

Prior to joining the financial services industry, Dean graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, where he was a member of the varsity water polo team.

On the weekends, Dean loves to go fishing, boating, and travel with his wife, Diane. They have two grown sons, Colby and Mitchell. Colby is a software engineer with Hopper, Mitchell has joined the family business. Dean is enthusiastic about collecting antique clocks, amassing quite the collection, and aspires to begin restoring classic cars. Dean is also serving on the Board of Directors at the historic Sanderson Museum in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania.       

Beginning as an intern in 1995, Stan has been with the Camp Wilcox Gennusa Group of Wells Fargo Advisors for the entirety of his nearly 30-year career. During that time, Stan has developed deep, meaningful relationships with his clients, earning their trust and confidence through his personalized level of service. His goal is to help coach his clients to focus less on day-to-day volatility and more on their long-term goals and aspirations.

Stan holds CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM (CFP®) and CHARTERED FINANCIAL CONSULTANT® (ChFC®) designations, a testament to his financial knowledge, expertise, and commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards. Stan earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Susquehanna University, and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Delaware.

After graduating from college, Stan returned to his hometown of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, where he resides with his wife, Kim. Together they love to hike around their cabin in the mountains and explore antique shops. Stan is passionate about land conservation and preserving local history. In 2021, he began restoring the 1870 Schoolhouse, a place that many locals lovingly knew as a school, a place to vote, and the Kennett Grange. A man of many interests, Stan has recently taken up masonry, building an intricate stone structure in his backyard. Stan also served on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Auburn Heights in Yorklyn, Delaware for 18 years.

With nearly two decades of industry experience, Dan is a seasoned professional dedicated to achieving excellence for his clients and team. Driven by his passion and integrity, he is deeply involved in all aspects of the practice. Dan’s track record is a testament to his ability to navigate complex challenges, deliver outstanding comprehensive investment plans, and shape the future of the Camp Wilcox Gennusa Group of Wells Fargo Advisors through mentorship and integral business development innovations.

Dan began his career with MBNA/Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President focused on credit, risk management, and operations. He earned the Certificate of Financial Planning and Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware.  Dan stays on top of market related topics and consistently studies what is going on within the industry.

Born and raised in Delaware, Dan lives in Hockessin with his wife, Jenn, and his two children, Angelina, and Dominic. As a family, they love to spend warm summer days together at their house in Wildwood Crest on the Jersey Shore. As lifestyle choice, Dan enjoys pushing the limits of training rigorously in the early mornings as his daily motivation.  At the end of the day, Dan values his faith, family, and friends as the biggest influence on who he has become today.

As the third generation of the Camp family, Mitchell perpetuates the legacy of his grandfather, Richard and his father, Dean that defines the practice. After spending three summers as a Client Associate intern with the Camp Wilcox Gennusa Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, Mitchell successfully completed his industry exams and Wells Fargo Advisor’s New Advisor Development Program, covering core curriculum focus areas including client experience, personal alpha, and business growth. Mitchell is committed to optimizing internal operations, building strong relationships with clients, and providing consistent unmatched service.

Mitchell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning – Business Administration. Outside of the classroom, Mitchell was an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and a four-year member of the varsity wrestling team where he contributed to a PSAC Conference Championship win, earned the PSCA Conference Scholar Athlete Award for excellence in academics, and the Kutztown Coaches Award for being an outstanding leader.

In his free time, Mitchell loves to be on the water, ideally with a fishing rod or on a wakeboard. When he is on land, Mitchell is an avid runner and member of the Kennett Square Running Club, and shares his passion for wrestling with the youth, having served as a volunteer coach of a local club team. Above all, Mitchell values quality time with his family and friends.

Malcolm (Mac), the latest addition to the Camp Wilcox Gennusa Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, began with the team in October of 2023. 

Malcolm graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Delaware in 2020 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance. At Delaware, Malcolm was awarded the Delta Sigma Pi Scholarship key, an award established to honor the graduate with the highest cumulative grade point index in the Lerner College of Business & Economics. He was also actively involved with UDance, a nonprofit organization fighting childhood cancer supporting The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation. With a professional background in consulting and finance, he has quickly become an asset to the firm.

In his leisure time, Malcolm is often seen on the golf course, working on his golf swing and enjoying the outdoors. He’s also a passionate fan of Philadelphia sports, most notably the Eagles and the Phillies. But perhaps the greatest joy in Malcolm’s life comes from his two Dachshund puppies, Gus and Charlie, who always bring boundless happiness and energy into his home.

Since 2006, Callie Lopez has served as Senior Client Associate for the Camp Wilcox Gennusa Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, assisting with critical administrative functions, internal support, and client communications. Her attention to detail and dedication plays a vital role in our everyday business and she is an invaluable member of the team.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wilmington University prior to beginning her career.

In her free time, Callie enjoys being with friends and family.

A financial services veteran, Deborah Shepheard has excelled in the industry for nearly 40 years. She worked at Dean Witter Reynolds and Wheat First Securities before transitioning to Wells Fargo Advisors as a Client Associate in 2008 and joining the Camp Wilcox Gennusa Group of Wells Fargo Advisors shortly thereafter.

Deborah provides administration and support to our clients as Assistant Vice President, Senior Registered Client Associate, a title recognizing her outstanding work in leadership, collaboration, technical expertise, and exceptional service.

Away from the office, you’ll find Deborah enjoying quality time with her husband, Rollin, their three children, and grandchildren.

Kristen Stiefel joined the Camp Wilcox Gennusa Group of Wells Fargo Advisors on a temporary assignment in December of 2022. Her hard work and willingness to learn earned her a full-time role as a Client Associate in April of 2023. Kristen is eager to continue to foster relationships with our clients while enhancing the overall customer experience.

Kristen graduated from Temple University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.  She has 10+ years of professional experience in numerous client-supporting roles. Her background includes marketing, sales, account management, business administration, and operational support with financial services companies and other large corporations.


Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys gardening, reading a good book, and exploring the beautiful scenery and landscapes of the Brandywine Valley.
